The Council For Allied For Health care and Rehabilitation Professions of India   is a Private  is Government of India  Licensed autonomous body It is classified as Non-government and Non Profit company and its registered as a Companies Under the Companies Act 2013 (18 0f 2013)  Ministry of Corporate Affairs Govt. of India, to promote  Objects of the nature specified in Clause(a) of sub section(1) of section 8 of the said Act, at Hyderabad, the MCA Govt. of India  granted the   License Under section 8 (1) of the companies Act 2013 ( pursuant to sub section (2) of section 7 and sub section (1) of section 8 of the companies Act 2013 (18 of 2013) and rule 18 of  the companies (Incorporation) Rules 2014) and Section 8 License No.181165 and CIN.No.U856306TS2026NPL212330.and Registered Under the Income Tax Department Govt. of India, PAN.No.AAHCJ3034H  and TAN.No.HDJ08538F, Dt.02-03-2026, and Registered Under the NGO DARPAN, Planning Commission Government of India, DARPAN ID. No. TS/2026/1018675,Dt.06-03-2026. As a common regulatory body, the Council For Allied For Health care and Rehabilitation Professions of India is working worldwide with the mission of educational development and global peace in the main areas of all industrial vocational training and education, all kind of regular, private, academic, non-academic, distance correspondence education, free education and health care for underprivileged children of the society, women and other community members living in difficult circumstances-children of daily wage, migrant child areas with the focus on educational development in India, career counseling for holistic growth and facilitating gainful employment after vocational training to youth labors from rural/tribal and women is integral part of our programs and Providing quality education without any cost to the unprivileged and underprivileged section of the society to educate Allie health care professions and Nursing education ,technically and vocationally, And the development of soft skills in each and every personal over the India with a view to expand our mission we have launched 150 above industrial and vocational and Professional courses which are helpful in self-employment..

The Council For Allied For Health care and Rehabilitation Professions of India  Aims to provide trained, qualified, technical personnel in the field of Health Sector to support the medical profession.

The emphasis of the Allied Healthcare Professional India program is on developing a cadre of professionals, especially socially backward groups and rural youth. Focuses on the concept of turning the unskilled Health workers to skilled.

OBJECTIVES

Council For Allied For Health care and Rehabilitation Professions of India Providing opportunity get register with us only qualified healthcare professionals * Council For Allied For Health care and Rehabilitation Professions of India is autonomous Non Profit and Non Governmental  organization. The main objects of the Council For Allied For Health care and Rehabilitation Professions of India:- 

To conduct awareness and organize health education seminars, training workshops, conferences, and live sessions, written tests in school, collages, universities and medical and paramedical institution and the societies. 

To publish authentic researches and study material for the allied and healthcare professional’s knowledge up gradation and public health awareness and education purpose. To prints, publish, and distribute journals, periodicals books, Leaflets or any other media on Health l issues or for promotion of any particular object of the public health. 

To regulate and maintain the standards of education and services by allied and healthcare professionals, assessment of institutions, maintenance of a Central Register and State Register and creation of a system to improve access, research and development and adoption of latest scientific advancement in the allied and healthcare professionals.

To give membership registration by issuing membership card and registration certificate under annual membership and life membership provision and maintain membership-register for members to create and maintain an up-to-date online and live Central Register with details of academic qualifications institutions, training, skill and competencies of allied and healthcare professionals related to their profession as specified in the Schedule.

 To promote allied and healthcare system for employment, research, and to improve quality of life of the population and to establish allied and healthcare Institutions for Nutrition, Naturopathy, Yoga, Physical education and Health Training, Life style & Behavior Modulation Training Centre, Psychology Research Centre and Rehabilitation Centers. 

To regulate the professional conduct, code of ethics and etiquette to be observed by the allied and healthcare professionals by or under the Act passed by Govt. for allied and healthcare professionals and to conduct survey and inquest for public health and to frame policies and standards for the governance of allied and healthcare related education and professional services. 

To prepare/store research and factual knowledge as study material for future generation in the of written/printed material from allied and healthcare sub branches including nursing, physiotherapy, aromatherapy, dietetics, nutrition, naturopathy, homeopathy, Ayurveda, yoga, and paramedical system related information. 

To Conduct Award Ceremonies and appreciation programs to motivate professionals, to honor their services and recognize their valuable experience and credentials to accord recognition outstanding contribution made by individuals and institutions towards recognition, social services and intellectual work bringing glory and contributing to the development of country. 

To provide basic standards and guidelines of education, courses, curriculum, physical and instructional facilities, staff pattern, staff qualifications, quality instructions, assessment, examination, training, research, continuing professional education, maximum tuition fee payable in respect of various categories, proportionate distribution of seats and promote innovations in categories in the manner as may be specified by regulations and registration. To provide assistance to members for uniform entry examination with common counseling for admission into the allied and healthcare institutions at the diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level in the manner as may be specified by regulations. 

To provide for assistance in exit or licensing examinations established by commission under central government for allied and healthcare professionals for professional practice or entrance into postgraduate or doctoral level and National Teachers Eligibility Test for academicians in the manner as may be specified by regulations. 

To suggest strategic framework for rational deployment of skilled manpower, performance management systems, task shifting and associated career development pathways for allied and healthcare professionals for career and employment.

 To conduct examination for quality up gradation in service and education in allied and healthcare, also provide internship and training to the student pass out from recognized institutions, colleges and universities from any allied and healthcare sector. 

To provide a common platform to the registered members to grow in supportive environment by promote each other to get mutual growth by serving the society to provide minimum standards framework for machineries, materials and services in allied and healthcare system, and to conduct surveys and investigations related to proper implementation of policies and schemes of government for allied and healthcare system support and public health betterment. 

To establish and run allied and healthcare education and research centers in regular or distance or online mode in India and Abroad independently. or in collaboration with similar organizations/institutions/NGO/Associations. Also, to conduct Diploma and degree and certifications under established collage or institution Rehabilitation Centers, Hospitals in Rural and Urban areas under the council. 

To establish, maintain and Run Schools, Colleges, Institutions, Universities and Research and Training Centre in the allied and healthcare profession, to establish, Training Centre for Allied and healthcare Education Centers, Ayurveda and Naturopathy Education and Training centers, Clinics, Hospitals, Rehabilitation Training Institutions /centers (Allopathy, Ayurveda, Naturopathy., etc) in rural and urban areas for  the benefit of Down trodden  Peoples. 

To create awareness in society about importance and effectiveness of the International system of medicine, treatment their cost effectiveness and provide various health services in the form of medicinal herbs for prevention and treatment of common ailments. 

To promote International system of medicine such as Allopathic, Ayurvedic, siddha, Unani, homeopathy, yoga, naturopathy, through conducting awareness program, training and research program seminars, conferences health Mela, health camps, mobile dispensaries, growing and distribution of medicinal plants and encouraging people to cultivate these pants in their kitchen garden. 

To establish libraries, scientific and industrial museums, research institutions, laboratories, workshop, etc. and publish books, periodicals for the upliftment of medicines, art, science and agriculture for the purpose of students and general public for charitable purposes.

To Council for Allied health Care and Rehabilitation Council of India,  scholarships, stipends, medals, prizes etc. to help and encourage deserving students and to provide monetary aid to the students, scholars and teachers for pursuing their and educational activities. 

To provide industrial education, research and training for all segments at all levels, viz. nursing, Lab technicians, allied and health professionals and post graduate levels through Para medical professionals and post graduate courses, training before and after education and during vacation in various skills, arts and crafts as well as various skills, arts and crafts as well as various trades for charitable purposes. 

To establish, Maintain and run community health camps in rural, urban and tribal areas to provide free health services to public belonging to weaker section. 

To organize immunization camp, eye camps, blood donation camps, health awareness in community for control and treatment of various diseases such as Cancer, Diabetes, HIV AIDS, Malaria, TB, Liver Disorders, Kidney disorders etc. The doing of all such other lawful things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above object.

To  Council for Allied health Care and Rehabilitation Council of India  Award the Degree/Diploma/Certificates, for Allied health care Professions  Vocational, Skill Development., Technical, Industrial, Professional, Medical fellowship and Job oriented and  Rehabilitation Courses, According to Ministry of the Home Affairs Government of India. Notification No. 26/4/52 C.C. Dated 20/09/52 issued in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, that in case of Degree/Diploma awarded by Board & University in India which are in corporate by one Act of Central or part & State Legislature in India. No formal orders. Recognized automatically for the purpose of employment.

To The Council for Allied health Care and Rehabilitation Council of India  is established for development of education under the guidelines of national education policy 1986 and programme of action 1992 Govt. of India respectively.

It has been constituted to regulate non formal Primary, Middle, Matriculation (10th), Senior Secondary (12th) education and other vocational courses (Under Self Employment Education Scheme) in India. With the help of educational experts to educate uneducated boys, girls, men and women for upliftment of the literacy in India. So that they can serve society effectively and with dignity. Board may impart education with international techniques and with stress on moral, mental, physical and social personality.

Like all educational boards/Universities/Councils ours is also an autonomous body. Each educational organization acts on its own discretionary powers. According to these powers every board /Council/ university / state Govts. / Central Govt. of India has the liberty and right to take its own decision either to allow or refuse any admission / service. But we do our best to make success the non formal education programme. All the education programme run by the board is board’s own autonomous education programme. Legality, Validity, Utility of the education programme is strict conformity with the constitution of India and law of the land under Article 19(1)G, 29 & 30.
